At GM Surveys we specialise in Topographic, As-built, and Engineering Surveys, all of which are carried out using Trimble GPS and Robotic Total Stations and seamlessly downloaded to our office software foir processing before the final export to AutoCAD drawing files.

We can also perform volumetric analysis of spoil heaps and flood risk assessment surveys including plans and sections of river banks.

We produce floor plans in 'real time' using our Leica Distos connected directly to a tablet pc via bluetooth. Reflectorless Total Stations and Photo Rectification software make elevation and roof surveys comparatively easy. See our examples and choose the level of detail you require for your project.

Our QC checking system means that all elements of the drawings are tied in together to ensure continuity throughout the project.

From piles to concrete frames, strip foundations to conventional brickwork,GM Surveys provide a fast and efficient setting out service. We use only trained personel who are familiar with our instruments and methods. Health and Safety is always a high priority and all our staff hold current CSCS cards.

All setting out is done in strict accordance with our Quality Control system. Co-ordinated data is produced in the office directly from the architects and engineers drawings before any work is started on site. This greatly reduces the risk of error as the majority of problems are discovered and removed long before they can cause hold ups on site.
